Established in 2007, La Luna RGA has trained over 1,000 gymnasts in Kirkland, WA and expanded Hawaii's first rhythmic gymnastics program on Maui.
Our Mission
“Our mission is to share the beauty and grace of rhythmic gymnastics to children through dance, ballet, and exercise in order to nurture a healthy mind and body. We strive to help our gymnasts develop positive self-esteem, self-motivation, patience, and perseverance.”
Our academy was established in 2007 at St. Edward Park Gymnasium in Kenmore, WA. Amidst the economic crisis in 2009, La Luna RGA found itself on the streets and held temporary homes at the Bellevue Children’s Academy and Emerald City Gymnastics, to which coach Arzu remains extremely grateful.
In 2010, La Luna RGA found its permanent home in Kirkland, WA through the kind support of Ms. Yuka of the Bellevue Children’s Academy and Mr. Adrian Andrisan.
Since opening our doors, we have trained more than 1,000 gymnasts. Today, we have close to 200 active gymnasts in our thriving Kirkland facility.
Junior Olympics National Qualifiers
We are immensely proud that 80% of our competitive gymnasts qualify for the prestigious Junior Olympics Nationals every year, competing against the best across the nation.

Our coaching staff has been repeatedly honored with “Best Coach” and “Best Choreography” awards by Region II USAG Rhythmics numerous times since 2005.

Starter Apparatus Provided For All New Students
No need to invest in costly gear before knowing what your gymnast loves. Beginners practice with our gym-owned regulation hoops, ribbons, soft balls, and ropes under 26-foot ceilings.

Olympic, Champion & USAG Coaches
Our coaches have a variety of expertise and have been Olympic coaches, champions, and judges. They are USAG safety and first aid certified professionals, as we make every effort to maintain a safe environment for our gymnasts.
Region 2 Leader & 4,000 Sq Ft Facility
La Luna RGA is one of the biggest clubs with the most number of gymnasts in Region 2. We are a stable, growing academy with our very own facility. Our gymnasium has a floor area of 4,000 sq ft and a ceiling height of 26 ft. There are 3 carpeted areas. Apparatus for beginners are available for use during class. We have a comfortable lobby, a nook for snack time or homework, and cubbies. La Luna RGA also has designated parking slots.
World-Class Camps & Competitions
We offer excellent spring and summer camps led by world class coaches, World Champions and Olympians. We host the annual La Luna Golden Butterfly Invitational, the Hawaiian Sunset Invitational, and the La Luna Kiss performance.
